When Does The Challenge Begin?

The Challenge beings on Monday, March 27 2023.

How soon after I sign up will I receive the program?

Everyone starts on the same day, so the program will be available to all who enter on Friday, March 24, 2023. This will give you enough time to look everything over, go grocery shopping and prepare your meals for Week 1 before the Challenge starts on March 27.  Once the Challenge is completed, the bonus content included in the program will be available for viewing until May 19. Once you download the eBook you can access it forever.

How do I access the program after signing up?

You will receive an email with a link to the program on Friday, March 24 with instructions for how to access the program. In order to view the program, you will need to make sure you are logged in to your account.

Do I have to send in Before/After photos to follow the program?

No, you do not need to upload Before/After photos to follow the program. A large number of people don’t do this for my Challenges and they still see great results. However, you won’t be able to win any of the post-Challenge prizes if you don’t – so I hope you do!

How many days a week will I be working out and how long will the workouts last?

You will be weight training 5 days per week and doing cardio 4 days per week. Weight training workouts will take roughly 45-60 minutes to complete; cardio workouts will take approximately 30 minutes.

Do I have to join a gym or buy any equipment?

You do not have to join a gym to follow the program. We offer three different workout programs – Gym, At-Home and At-Home with dumbbells and bodyweight only so you can follow along from anywhere!

Can I follow this program if I am Vegan?

Yes! We offer both Vegan and Non-Vegan meal plans. Both come with Food Exchange Lists that allow for a ton of substitutions if you don’t like something on the menu.

If I follow a Keto diet can I do this program?

No, the program is a balance of carbohydrates, fats and proteins so it is not for someone looking to follow a ketogenic diet. However, you can apply to work with one of our coaches and receive a fully customized plan to help you reach your goals by emailing [email protected]

How do I ask questions to Nicole and the NW Fitness Training Team during the Challenge?

When the program launches on March 24 you will receive a link to the Challenge Forums. Nicole and our NW Fitness Team trainers will be on the forums every day during the Challenge to answer all of your questions. For technical support, you can email [email protected]

What is the difference between the Premier and Elite Coaching packages?

Both packages give you access to the entire program and the Challenge forums. The Elite Package offers an extra layer of coaching from Nicole and the NW Fitness Training Team to help you stay on track and accountable throughout the Challenge. The Elite package includes one-on-one video messaging with Nicole, around-the-clock coaching support, daily tips and motivation in the VIP Elite Chat Room, weekly Coaching calls and more.

Can I follow the program from another country outside the USA and still win the prizes?

Yes! You can follow the program from anywhere and still win the cash prizes. However, you will need a valid US mailing address in order to receive the three-month supply of nPower Nutrition supplements.

If I Am A Member Of, How Do I Receive $10 Off The Transformation Challenge?

Log into your membership account before checking out and the discount will automatically be taken off your entry fee. The discount can only be used once per member account.

When Can I Upload My Before Photos?

The page to enter your photos and measurements will be live on on Wednesday, March 22. All registered participants will receive an email notification and link to the page where they can upload photos on that date and the hashtag to hold up in your front-view photo. If you sign up for The Challenge on or after March 22, the hashtag and instructions will be included in your Welcome email. You will have until March 29 to enter your photos and measurements to qualify for the post-Challenge prizes.

How Will I Receive Emails During The Challenge?

The email you use when entering will be automatically added to our Challenge email list. If you are not receiving emails, please check your Junk folder. If you are still not receiving emails, email us at [email protected]

How and When Will Winners Be Chosen?

Nicole Wilkins and the NW Fitness Training Team will select winners based on a combination of the biggest visual and numerical (weight, measurements) transformations. A total of three (3) winners will be selected. Winners will be announced on Thursday, May 18 2023.
