The holiday season is in full swing! That means that even the best of us will probably indulge in a little extra eating as we celebrate with family and friends.
Luckily, I have a HIIT cardio workout to rev up your metabolism and help you burn the extra calories. 🏃♀️
Here’s a quick explanation on how to do the Burpee With Renegade Combo exercise in Block 2: holding 8-15 lb dumbbells, jump up while doing a shoulder press, as in the jump up portion of a burpee but while holding dumbbells (as if you’re doing a neutral grip shoulder press). Then immediately go down into a crouched position as when doing a normal burpee, only you are holding the dumbbells. Pop your feet out behind you at the same time, then do a pushup followed by a row with your right arm, then a pushup followed by a row with your left arm. Pop your feet back in, then jump back up for your next rep.
Now grab your timer and get your heart beating and body sweating!
