Hey guys, here’s an intense triset workout for chest, back, and abs. You’ll go from one exercise to the next with no rest in between. For example, you’ll do a set of pullups, a set of pushups, and set of hanging leg raises. You rest for 45-60 seconds and repeat those exercises again for two more sets each before moving on the next triset.
