Hi,
One of the meals for myself is Protein Powder, Oatmeal, peanut butter and almond milk. Would you make it as a shake or oats?

You actually could do both. But if you just want oats, I would cook the oats with almond milk, then mix the protein in and then put the peanut butter in the middle to melt 🙂
