I work out at 5am before I head to work.
Should I do my post workout meal prior to my breakfast? Or how long apart should I take my post workout Mel and breakfast?

Hi,
I would eat 1/2 of meal one prior to training. Then have your post workout and then eat the other 1/2 of meal one a couple hours later. See how that feels.
