Is there a SC designator on that meal? That might tell you how much you want to exchange for. If you look on the exchange list 250g of baby carrots is on SC. Brown rice is 100g. This would be an even exchange. In your case of 85g of baby carrots. That is 34% of the 250g of baby carrots so 34% of 100g is 34g of brown rice.
