Following the plan, but clothes feel tighter. I feel like I am eating way more than I should or have been eating hence gaining weight even though following the program. Help.
What are your goals? Part of this challenge is muscle gain to promote body fat loss/leaning out. This changes your overall shape and body composition = more muscle, less body fat. If you gain 3lbs of muscle and lose 5lbs of muscle and lose 3lbs of body fat, you will gain 2lbs on the scale but will have lost body fat and gained muscle.
Also, it’s only been 10 days that you’ve been on this new program, so if this is different than anything you’ve done before, you may gain and lose and gain and lose because your body composition is changing.
