I can’t do the one legged dead lift. My balance is BAD. same benefit from regular?

Can you start out doing as many as you can on each side and then you can finish with both feet on the ground for the remaining reps? You can also use some suggestions that others shared. Go with no weight and put a step or bench in front of you so whenyou come down, you aren’t going too low and also have something to steady you as well. You can start with just some single legged balance just to work on improving it and then just do both legs at the same time and keep testing your ability throughout the challenge.
