    Hello! I hope your week is going well. I did my lower body work out yesterday. I lifted heavy and I did what Necole said, but, I didn’t feel sore today, am I doing something wrong or am I not supposed to feel sore all the time or do I need to go heavier.During the work out I feel the burn but nothing after. Thank you for taking the time to read and answer my question.


    It is ok not to feel sore every time. However if you don’t feel fatigued at all I would try to push the weights a bit more next time.
