    Since we are in a deficit from the photo shoot challenge, how do we go from that straight to the build challenge where we would be eating more? Is it best to gradually increase calories or is it ok to just jump them right up per the next challenge requirements?

    Hey there- you can do either, it just depends on what you are comfortable with, how experienced you are in dieting and if you know how well your body will respond to one or the other. If you aren’t sure how your body will respond with a more dramatic switch from a caloric deficit to a surplus, then you can try going back to Phase 2 or Phase 1 of the Photo Shoot Ready Meal Plan between challenges.
