Under beverages almond milk doesn’t have an allowed measurement. For example, I like having 8oz of almond milk with my protein, but its not listed as option with any of the meals. I don’t want to enjoy too much almond milk, cuz honestly I can tip the bottle and chug it some days.
If you watch the video under nutrition, Nicole mentions this. You can have a serving of almond milk with your protein. It’s low calorie but she mentions to be mindful since they all add up at the end of the day.
