    Just coming off the other three challenges this year. I noticed this one has the highest calories in all phases of this challenge compared to others, is that on purpose? I’m assuming we do not want to keep our bodies in the caloric deficit for very long, is that right? It feels like a lot of food however, on my rest days my body really really needed the extra calories and I felt so much better by Monday.

    Yep, you are correct! It is pretty amazing to see how much our physiques can change consuming higher calories 😉
