Can’t exercise, how should I lower my macros?

I recently broke my ankle and am basically laying with my foot elevated to prevent swelling. My question is, with this set back I’m obviously not doing any exercise. While healing, how would you recommend I lower my macros to continue weight loss? I’m 5’6. I have at least 30 pounds to lose. I don’t want I gain still eating like I can train. Thoughts? Hey there- I would stick with the nutrition plan you are on now. The calories are pretty low as it is, and without knowing more about your body and how it responds to the foods you’re eating and the activity you were doing before you hurt your ankle, it would be difficult for me to accurately personalize your calories unless I were working one-on-one with you.
