Cardio…?

    Since this is our last day on the challenge what should be the cardio recommendation? Going from 5 days with the extra interval day…how much should I cut? 4x a week..then slowly decrease it after a few weeks? mahalo in advance!!

    Hi Kelli- Yes, slowly decreasing and reassessing your cardio based on what your goals are is definitely the best approach 🙂
