Is there a specific brand of Cous Cous you recommend using because it seems the macro nutrients are all over the place on the different ones. I selected the Rice Select Cous Cous Original and my sister purchased the Near East Original. Thoughts because the macros are quite different.
Make sure you are paying very close attention to the serving sizes for each of the brands. Rice Select shows 1/4c dry is a serving and Near East shows 1/3c dry is a serving which would explain the discrepancy in macros.
