This week I have more fatigue, I am not sure if it is from the low caloric intake or getting up and doing cardio prior to work. Could be not getting enough rest. Do you have any recommendations to increase energy level?
Hi Brianna- I think the best way to increase your energy level is to make sure you’re getting a good, solid, restful 7-8 hours of sleep each night 😉 If you aren’t getting enough sleep, or getting poor quality of sleep, you might be like me and walk around like. zombie in a fog all day lol!
