Hi, My gym unfortunately does not have barbells, squat rack or a set up to do hero curls. I have been modifying my workouts with dumbbells. I was hoping to do that with Bench press and do dumbbell bench press instead of traditional barbell. Also floor push ups. Can I do more than 2 sets and more than 5 reps?
I am assuming this is Ok but I am stressing out about doing this challenge as best I can and sticking to the plan.

You can use the at home version that includes barbells, dumbbells, pullup bar, mat, bench, bands, etc rather than changing up the movements on your own. It may be easier that way 🙂October 9, 2021 at 8:18 pm #467018
