    So, 30 seconds per leg per set? 7 minutes of glute raises?

    So, 30 seconds per leg per set? 7 minutes of glute raises?

    The exercise is 7 sets of 12-15 reps each leg, 30 sec rest between sets.

    Just so you’re aware, it’s still not been changed in the ebook under home/full equipment
