    Hi,

    My gym has just started to open up and I’m wondering if there would be any problem with doing half of the at-home db workouts and half gym workouts? So for example I do the pull w/o at home, and then go to the gym for the push. I assume that it won’t make a difference but I wanted to double check 🙂

    Nope, no problem with that. You can totally mix and match the gym workouts with at-home workouts 🙂
