    Apologize ahead of time if this has already been answered. Is there a total amount of minutes by the end of the HIIT session that we should have been in for our target heart rate zone?

    It shouldn’t take you longer than a couple minutes in the beginning to get your heart rate up, so I would say you should be within the zone at least 28min if not the entire time.
