    I started with the step mill & treadmill HITT workouts which really get my heart rate up 151+ to add variety I tried the rowing & spin bike this week. These methods don’t seem to be as effective. I use to be a runner and have a low resting heatrate. As low as 43 at times I am 46 years old. The idea with HITT is to get my heart rate up and then recover & repeat. So are the other workouts ineffective? Should I stick with the treadmill & step mill? Thanks for your input! LOVING this challenge! 😊💕
