    Hi All!

    My name is Maria, and this is my first build challenge (really, my first challenge every with Nicole). I have to say, so far, I am loving it! I realized I was probably under eating before signing up for this challenge, because my weight is steadily dropping with the extra calories. It is definitely at a pace that I feel is sustainable, though, which is great. How is everyone else doing with the nutrition and training? The heavier weights were new to me, but I am starting to see my strength increase. Really hope this all translates to a higher metabolism (and being able to eat even more) in due time! =).

    I loved reading that your weight is steady, considering you’re eating more!
    Isn’t that fabulous?!
    Lifting heavier is fairly new for me too!
    Like you, I’m steadily getting stronger …’s hard for my body type to gain muscle (I’m tall with long, slender limbs and weight gain tends to be belly and lats love handles.
    I’m looking forward to take my after results photos and see what positive body compositions have happened!
