    You can add that to your post workout shake for recovery.

    Do you know why that wasn’t listed as a supplement in this challenge? I’ve always taken L glutamine after workouts, when training, and it was included in her challenges in the past. Is she not recommending it anymore?

    She wanted to keep the list shorter and not feel like everyone had to buy an entire arsenal of supplements. We are huge fans of glutamine and encourage people to take it for the immune benefits and additional muscle recovery if you choose to take it.
