    Hi I did my weights this morning followed by HIIT class. Took my protein shake after HIIT forgot a post wo snack. I now have my sweet potato ready to prep, can I enjoy my cookie dough tonight as meal 5 without the shake? Don’t want to miss out! Plus I was in late last night & fell asleep early & missed meal 4 yesterday 😭😭 Thinking it should be ok as getting macros in for the day.

    Hi Samantha- absolutely, you can do that. The most important thing is to try and get all your meals in for the day, so if you missed a meal or parts of a meal earlier in the day and are able to get it in later, that works!
