    Hi, I’m confused in the menu said 8 oz of almond milk and that is fat but in the macros LIS said post workout fat is 0, can someone explain please.
    Meal 1 said 5 eggs but the LP list said is 6 eggs or 245 g egg whites?

    Hey Mritza- Can you tell me which meal plan (women’s meal plan 1, 2 or 3?) you are looking at please? Thank you 🙂

    OK gotcha- for the meal plan, follow it as it is written and if you are over or under the target macros by about 5 grams, it’s fine. The almond milk will still keep you within 5g of your goal. For Meal 1, it is the whole meal that adds up to the correct calories and macros, so if you are going to swap or use a substitute than follow what is listed in the exchange list. I hope this makes sense, good luck! 🙂
