    It says:
    Option 1
    10 oz plain non fat Greek Yogurt
    1 medium banana
    4g sugar free/fat free butterscotch pudding mix dry SHOULD I ADD 1 SCOOP O PROTEIN INSTEAD OF THE PUDDING MIX

    The Option 2
    1 serving Raspberry streusel bar
    1 scoop nPower Nutrition Isolate
    6 oz unsweetened almond/cashew milk

    there is no mention of protein. in Nicole’s video today she said all the post workout means have protein


    Hi, There is approximately 28 to 29grams of protein in 10 oz plain nonfat Greek Yogurt
