Hi ladies, hope everyone’s having a great day!
I’m a little confused on meal plans and read around to see if I missed anything.
So I’m on phase 2 woman’s meal plan 1..
Was wondering if I can have (eg. on my 3rd meal listed meal 3) can I make meal 3 (salmon,sweet potato and green beans option 1 my 3rd meal and have option 2 (lean turkey burger, russet potato,and Brussels sprouts meal 4 for my 4th meal.. hope it this makes sense.. ty😊June 7, 2021 at 12:59 pm #453408
Hi! If you use a macro tracking app it makes it easier. All of your meals should add up to the meal total cals/macros shown on the meals total page. This also lists the daily total cals and macros. This should be your meal goal. It makes swapping much easier to track.
