Can you substitute Greek low fat yogurt and protein pancakes in the options for the meal plans as long as you are getting close to the macros in the original options?
Also. Substitute for hack squats? No hack squat machines.

I know This is only the 2nd day of the challenge but all these carbs are wiping me out. I did Low carb for a long time because I found That’s what worked best for me. Do you think I’ll adjust soon so I can Actually function? I slept For 11 hours last night, went to the gym, came home and basically carb-binged (followed meal plan) and then slept another hour. i actually have the same question. the last meal of the day, meal 5, has a lot of carbs that makes me feel very tired and lethargic by the end of day. i go to bed with a full tummy and feeling very full.. much filler than what i am use to. i hope that feeling goes away as my body adjusts????
