12oz of plain greek yogurt is a lot. Anyone have any tricks to making it easier to eat? I added my almond butter and 1/2 banana, but still struggling to eat it…don’t want to give up on it as a meal so thought I would ask here for suggestions.March 29, 2021 at 8:46 am #438505
I turned it into a shake….add a little water or plain almond milk. Not too much just enough to thin it out to drink and mix in blender.March 29, 2021 at 8:54 am #438509
Get some of your favorite flavor of SF pudding powder mix. Put some in there to make it have a flavor. Butterscotch was a good one in the past challengesMarch 29, 2021 at 8:55 am #438513
