    12oz of plain greek yogurt is a lot. Anyone have any tricks to making it easier to eat? I added my almond butter and 1/2 banana, but still struggling to eat it…don’t want to give up on it as a meal so thought I would ask here for suggestions.

    I turned it into a shake….add a little water or plain almond milk. Not too much just enough to thin it out to drink and mix in blender.

    Get some of your favorite flavor of SF pudding powder mix. Put some in there to make it have a flavor. Butterscotch was a good one in the past challenges

    Cut the yogurt serving to half (6 ounces) and use 1/2 scoop protein powder for remainder of the LP serving.

    Ooh! Love all the answers … I’m so trying so pudding/crystal lite!

    I also cut yogurt in half and add half scoop protein powder.

    I’ve also put in cocoa powder and sweetener, the chill in freezer for up to an hour.

    Try the BCAA, use little till you taste the flavor, I use the love the peach mango flavor and also use on my oatmeal for sweetener 😉
