12oz of plain greek yogurt is a lot. Anyone have any tricks to making it easier to eat? I added my almond butter and 1/2 banana, but still struggling to eat it…don’t want to give up on it as a meal so thought I would ask here for suggestions.
March 29, 2021 at 8:46 am #438505I turned it into a shake….add a little water or plain almond milk. Not too much just enough to thin it out to drink and mix in blender.

I also cut yogurt in half and add half scoop protein powder.
I’ve also put in cocoa powder and sweetener, the chill in freezer for up to an hour.
April 7, 2021 at 2:22 pm #440329Try the BCAA, use little till you taste the flavor, I use the love the peach mango flavor and also use on my oatmeal for sweetener 😉
