    Today was really really hard for me. The calories are very similar to plan A but the amount of food just felt so little and I was hungry all day. Is there a way to lift 5 or 6 days a week and eat on plan A all the time?

    Today was really really hard for me. The calories are very similar to plan A but the amount of food just felt so little and I was hungry all day. Is there a way to lift 5 or 6 days a week and eat on plan A all the time?

    I recommend sticking to the program the way it is written. If you feel like you are too hungry all the time, you can bump up to the next meal plan up, but don’t modify the amount of workouts or Plan A / Plan B meal plan schedule for best results.
