    Hi Ladies, your vegan meal plan recommends 1 scoop of powder post workout (and it’s supposed to be 30g). However, the protein I’m using, KOS, has 20g of protein per 2 scoops. Please, advise.


    Try to find a brand that is closer to the recommended amounts. 2-3g fat, 2-5g carbs, 20-25g protein per scoop. We do not specify specific brands on here since we own nPower Nutrition and prefer not to promote competitor brands.
