    Hi, I workout in the early morning and I’m splitting my 1st meal to avoid being too hungry.

    Are there any other suggestions? Is there a pre-workout that you would recommend on an empty stomach?

    Nicole’s pre-workout “Train” (recommended in the Supplements section of the challenge) would be good to take. Other than that, what you’re doing with splitting Meal 1 is the best option. You can find the challenge supplements info here:
