    Hi. If you cannot do 3 days on and one day off is it ok as long as you get in your 5 strength days and 3 HITT days? Should you add in additional cardio or is it not recommended since this is a build challenge?

    Water – the ECAA and preworkout in water is still considered part of your water intake correct?

    Food exchanges – you can create your own meals as long as you follow the macros in each meal option and then use the exchange guide, correct?

    What to do when you are going out to dinner, just avoid the extra fats and keep as close to meal plan as possible?

    NO extra cardio is recommended other than what is in the program.

    You can count that as part of your water intake, yes.
