    So the recipe for protein pumpkin loaf is 4 servings , post workout is 2 . So if make loaf in a loaf pan you eat half of it post workout ?? Thank you

    Yup, thats what i ate. One recipe equals 2 portions. 1 portion is 2 pieces

    How about the protein balls ? If you make the recipe how many balls does that make ??

    i believe the recipe is for 10 little balls and they are super delicioud
