    Since you recommend cardio and strength be split, can I assume you want the PW meal to be after the strength workout?

    Hi Mariah-

    Yes, that is correct! Anytime the program refers to “workout” we are referring to strength-training. Cardio will be referred to as “cardio.” Thanks for double checking, it’s always better to be safe than to just assume 😉
