    Help now challenge over how can I stop the rebound effect – want to eat foods I haven’t for a while but also now feeling guilty when having a little – scare weight is going to come back on – HELP ☹️



    Hi Teresa- it would be safe for you to just go back to the foods and meal plan from Phase 1 and maybe allow yourself a cheat meal once a week or every other week depending on if you are gaining weight or maintaining your desired weight. All this depends on what you do for your continued workout structure as well.
