    That is the oatmeal balls correct? What kind of alternative are you looking for?

    Chocolate/pumpkin pancakes:
    This is what I came up with:
    1 FR- 240g pure pumpkin
    1/2 LP – 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
    1/2 LP- 3 egg whites
    3/4 SC- 30g oatmeal
    1 packet stevia sweetener/optional
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon /optional
    1 F- 14g Kerri gold butter
    Optional condiments: 30g Walden sugar free maple syrup
    I ground my oatmeal in my blender to make a powder consistency. Combine all ingredients except butter! Spray pan and cook on low heat! I made the mistake and had it to high.
    I melted the butter and poured over the pancakes and topped it off with syrup!

    Y’all I wanted something different tonight and the boys wanted pizza so I made pizza! I had two meals left so this is what I did!!
    I’m on meal plan 2!
    SC- 1 whole wheat tortilla
    LP- 4 slices of Turkey bacon
    LP- chicken breast (cut up)
    1/2 V – 50g spinach leaves
    1/2 V- 50g tomatoes
    1 F- 28g Mozzarella cheese
    1 TBs Sauce- sugar free BBQ sauce
    And I still have 1-SC and 1-F left if I get hungry later tonight!

    I’m in the current challenge. Is there a recipe for a soup that NW approves? It’s 11° In North Texas and soup is called for.

    60day2021 Meal 3 option 2
    Hamburger Taco seasoned
    Diced tomatoes mixed in hamburger
    Corn tortillas
    Shredded cheddar cheese
    And a little enchilada sauce

    I make 6 servings in a 9×13 dish
    Spread a little enchilada sauce on bottom of dish
    Put taco seasoned hamburger and tomatoes on top of tortillas
    Cover with other half of tortillas
    Spread a little more enchilada sauce over tortillas
    Top with cheese and bake at 350 until cheese is melted
