    Explain why rep rang goes back up week four. If we are increasingly weight each week why are reps going up??

    Hi Lori- it is a continuation of the strength-building process/strategy. For example, if the first week you can get 12 reps with 25lb dumbbells, then the 2nd and 3rd week you decrease reps and increase weight (building strength), technically if your strength increases, then when you go back up in rep ranges, you should be able. to get 12 reps with 30-35lb dumbbells. Does that make sense?

    Basically strength should be higher by then to start increasing reps again right?
