    I’m excited to say I lost 1 pound in week 1.yayyy!! My question is do I continue on the same amount of food for the rest days since I’m not working out and burning as much calories as our wrkout and cardio days..

    That is correct you need the same meal plan/food quantity for recovery on rest days 🙂
