    I have been following the nutrition and workout plan 100%. The first two weeks I dropped 7 pounds. I haven’t dropped anything this week. Should I make the nutrition plan adjustment suggested at the two week mark this week or continue on as I have been?

    Just remember that progress isn’t usually linear. The path and resemble and up and down not just a straight line down. There are plenty of other parameters to look at besides weight…how have you been sleeping, do you feel more energetic or strong. You can make that change for sure. See what happens. But I would always focus on more aspects than just the scale.
