Hi,
Nicole has the protein supplements and amino acids complex listed in the challenge, but I missed the preworkout powder and the fat burner she recommends. Can you recommend any? Many thanks!Hi there, Nicole doesn’t promote any other brands. I would suggest you go to your trusted local vitamin store and ask them what they think. I would definitely start with a multi, just helps fill in the gaps where your diet might lack..food quality isn’t what it used to be either. Tumeric is good for inflammation. Omega-3’s help with that as well. Hope that helps.
