    I’m combining both the vegan and the regular meal plans as I’m lactose intolerant. For meal #1 is there an easy way to swap out the quiche recipe? Or should I just mirror the food type (1/2 F, LP, V) listed for the recipe?


    I am not really sure what you mean….

    If you are using both plans you would have to choose one meal from one plan and the next one from the other. For example:

    Meal 1: nonvegan meal 1 option 2
    Meal 2: vegan meal 2
    Meal 3: nonvegan meal 4 option 1
    Meal 4: vegan meal 4
    Meal 5/Post workout: Nonvegan meal 5 option 1

    Swap items from the nonvegan plan from the nonvegan exchange list only and vegan items from the vegan exchange list.
