    On the training phase 2 on tuesdays the two first exercises says 5 sets 15-20 warmup 3X12-15, that means that I have to do the exercises twice, first 5 sets and then 3 more sets?

    5 sets TOTAL. 2 for warm up and 3 for the workout. 😀
