Tuesdays Lower Body – Different

Hello!…Confusion on the Tuesday “at home workouts”. On the PDF it shows a different workout than what is written on the website (and for some reason the PDF I printed Sunday is now different than what is now posted). Which is the correct version of the Tuesday Lower Body “at home workouts”?
The difference is the amount of reps with the SuperSet of Squats/Hip Circles in one, compared to the other where it is not a SuperSet and the reps are less.

I noticed that too, but when I re- downloaded the pdf, it is updated to match the website and her videos.
