    Help guys!! My husband charted a sail boat for next Friday for one week vacation!
    I will bring as much food as I can, my bands, and I will use gallon of water as “dumbbells”. He does not want me to bring any weights because with all the rocking can damage the boat…I tried😣
    Any other ideas for exercises, should I cut my calories for the week?

    Hi Ana- I this situation, all I can say is stick to the workouts, cardio and nutrition as closely as you possibly can. Don’t cut your calories, they are already decreased from Phase 1 and will decrease again in Phase 3. If you try to decrease them now, it may only cause you to be hungrier and deviate from your meal plan while on vacation. Just do the best you can with what you have to work with, and when you get back from vacation dive right back into everything 100%!
