    For the workouts? It has our weeks on the sheet. Weeks 1/3/5 and Weeks 2/4

    Hi! I could not figure out how to post my own thread anywhere so I am
    Adding my question to this thread since it is about week 3 training.
    What is the difference between the first two squats on Wednesdays leg day (hip circle and front squats?)

    Hi there,
    If you click on the exercise you can see that the hip circle squat is a back squat with the addition of a hip circle band placed above the knee. A front squat the bar is actually in front of the body (as shown in the video)
