    Regarding women’s meal plan 3: Ok so I noticed meal 3 has an option for a lean protein and a fatty protein and then meal 4 both options are fatty proteins. But I thought I should only have 1 fatty protein per day. Just checking if it’s a typo or if ok to have 2 FP a day.

    It is not a typo. You can have more than one fatty protein per day. Pay attention to how it makes you feel. Sometimes eating more than one FP can make you feel much more full.
