And I've had a passion for working out since I was a teenager, when I made the jump from gymnastics to fitness – literally!
For nearly 15 years, I competed in competitions all over the world and won more than a dozen – including four IFBB Figure Olympia World titles and three IFBB Arnold Classic International championships.
Today, I'm a mom of two and business owner trying to balance everything I have going on in my life, while still working
towards being the best version of myself – and helping others do the same.
My priorities have changed since I was a competitor, when I was laser-focused on being the absolute best I could be in that field. I understand the obligations that come along with having a family and full-time job now more than ever.
It's why I continue to create Challenges that anyone could follow to get fitter, stronger and healthier – regardless of how much they have to juggle every day and how daunting it all may seem.

The Challenge begins Monday, October 6, 2025. Everyone starts together — no head starts, no advantages — so you’re on the same path as the entire community from Day 1.
You’ll receive your program materials on Friday, October 3, giving you the weekend to review the plan, go grocery shopping, and get set for Week 1. Once the Challenge is complete, you’ll keep lifetime access to any materials you download.
The Challenge is built around 5 structured strength workouts per week (Gym or At-Home options), plus optional cardio and recovery guidelines. Each workout takes about 40–50 minutes.
Nope! You’ll get both Gym and At-Home workout plans. At home, all you need are dumbbells, an adjustable bench and your own bodyweight.
If you’ve truly never lifted weights before, this Challenge may feel a little advanced to start with. But if you’ve lifted in the past, or it’s just been a while since you’ve been consistent, you’ll be fine. Every exercise comes with form guidance, and the at-home track is beginner-friendly while still challenging enough for experienced women.
Absolutely. Women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s have seen incredible results every single round of our Challenges. The workouts and nutrition are built with your stage of life in mind.
You can still join and see amazing results! While the Challenge is specifically designed with women 40+ in mind (to address changes in metabolism, hormones, and recovery), the workouts and meal plans will deliver results at any age. If you’re younger and ready to get leaner, stronger, and more consistent, this program will work for you too.
No. While the private group community is hosted there (and we highly recommend it for support), you’ll get all your coaching, workouts, and meal plans delivered directly through your Challenge account.
Not at all. You’ll still see great results without sharing photos. But if you want to be eligible for prizes, you’ll need to upload them.
Yes! The Challenge includes both Vegan and Non-Vegan meal plans, plus food exchange lists for easy swaps.
This program isn’t designed as a Keto plan. It’s built on balanced macros to fuel your metabolism and strength. If you need a custom Keto approach, we offer 1:1 coaching.
Definitely! Women join from all over the world. You’ll have full access to the program and be eligible for transformation prizes.
Nicole and the coaching team select winners based on a combination of visual transformation and measurable progress (weight, inches, strength). Winners are announced Friday, November 21, 2025.
