Hey guys! Here’s a super high volume workout that will build your biceps and triceps, using the Superset training technique. It’s a great way to get in an awesome workout in a relatively short amount of time.

Some of these moves are pretty unique – give them a shot, I think you’ll like them!

Close Grip Pushup/Barbell Curl
Sets: 3
Reps: 10-15

 

SUPERSET #2

Close Grip Dumbbell Press/Incline Curl
Sets: 3
Reps: 10-15

 

SUPERSET #3

Reverse Grip Triceps Extension/Seated Overhead Biceps Curl
Sets: 3
Reps: 10-15

 

SUPERSET #4

Plate Lying Triceps Extension/Plate Hammer Curl
Sets: 3
Reps: 10-15
