“I lost 17 lbs and 4 inches off my waist and hips this challenge. At 57, I’m thrilled to finally have progress after years of trying.”

17 lbs down at 57
“Thanks to this amazing community and program I finally went on a vacation where I felt good in my own skin!”

Measurable results in 5 weeks
“This time I didn’t stop when things got in the way. This time I didn’t feel defeated when I missed a workout. This time I won.”

Proof that progress doesn’t require perfection
“I feel powerful! Prior to finding Nicole Wilkins I was feeling like I wasn’t in control of my body. I was gaining weight, I blamed it on hormones and aging. Sorry hormones and aging… I’m in control!”
Here’s one of my favorite things about working out:
Feeling strong.
There’s just something about getting stronger that feels addicting.
When you hit a PR.
When you do your first real pull-up.
When you do something outside of the gym, like carrying in all of the grocery bags in one trip.
It’s that feeling of finishing a workout and knowing you did something you couldn’t do a few weeks ago.
And then wanting to go back and see what you can do next.
It’s a feeling that can be so much more rewarding than chasing a number on a scale.
And that’s why I created the all-new Back to Strong Challenge.
Because for this program, we’re taking some of the focus away from the scale and putting it on what your body can do.
The goal?
Get stronger, of course!
Because after 40, being strong and having muscle are more important than ever.
And when you get stronger, a lot of other good things start happening too.
You build muscle.
Your body composition changes.
You see more definition.
You feel better in and out of the gym.
And that’s what I know this Challenge—and chasing strong—can do for you.
Here’s how we’re going to do it.

Here’s how we’re going to do it.
Back to Strong is a complete six-week training and nutrition program built around one main goal: helping you get stronger.
And I designed this one a little differently than I have past Challenges.
Strength-Focused Training
You’ll have eight different workouts to cycle through over the six weeks, with options to train 3, 4 or 5 days per week at home or in the gym.
Each workout is different, but you’ll see certain core lifts come back throughout the program.
That gives you the variety I know you love, while also giving you a chance to work on those key exercises, get better at them, and get stronger each time they come around.
Your Progress Tracker
You’ll feel like you’re getting stronger week after week, but I want you to be able to see it, too.
You’ll have a bonus workout tracker to log your weights and reps on key exercises, so when those lifts come back around, you’ll know exactly what you did last time — and have something to beat.
Weekly Strength Classes
An all-new addition for this program I think you’re gonna love.
We’ll spend some extra time together working on certain tips, techniques, and the little things that can make a big difference when you’re trying to get stronger.
Think of it as a chance to really work on your lifts and get more out of your training.
Plus, Everything You Need to Stay on Track
Complete meal plans
Recipes and grocery lists
Flexible food exchange list
Cardio guidance
Daily coaching from my team
Private Challenge community
Everything is laid out for you.
All you have to do is follow the plan, put in the work, and let’s see how strong we can get.
I know what some of you are thinking.
“This sounds great, Nicole. But I need to lose weight. Is a strength-focused Challenge going to help me do that?”
Yes.
And here’s why.
Losing weight is one thing. Changing your body composition is another.
If you want to look leaner, tighter and more defined, you can’t only focus on losing fat.
You need to build — and hold onto — muscle, too.
And that becomes even more important after 40.
Muscle is what gives your body shape and definition. It helps you look different even when the number on the scale doesn’t change as much as you expected.
And the best way to build and keep it?
Lifting heavy and challenging yourself workout after workout, week after week.
That’s exactly what the Back to Strong Challenge will show you how to do.
You won’t have to guess or wonder if you’re doing it right.
Because you’ll have a plan that tells you what to do every single day to build a stronger, leaner, more defined body — and one that feels every bit as strong as it looks.

The Challenge begins Monday, September 21. Everyone starts together so you’re on the same path as the entire community from day one.
You’ll receive your program materials on Friday, September 18. This gives you the weekend before we start to review your workouts, prep your meals, and get set up.
The program includes 8 strength-focused workouts in a rolling upper/lower split. You choose how many days a week you train — 3, 4, 5, (or even 6 if that’s your style!). How quickly you cycle through all 8 workouts depends on how many days you train. The workouts repeat throughout the challenge, so you can track your lifts and see how much stronger you’re getting week over week.
Nope! You’ll get both Gym and At-Home workout plans. At home, all you need are dumbbells, an adjustable bench, and a set of resistance bands.
If you’ve truly never lifted weights before, this Challenge may feel a little advanced to start with. But if you have some experience training — even if it’s been a while — this program will meet you where you are with structure and coaching to help you build from there.
Absolutely. Women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s have seen incredible results every single round of our challenges. The program is designed for real women with real lives — not 25-year-old fitness influencers.
You can still join and see amazing results! While the Challenge is specifically designed with women over 40 in mind, the training and nutrition principles work for women of all ages.
No. While the private group community is hosted there (and we highly recommend it for support), you’ll still have full access to the program without it.
No — Before/After photos are not required to participate or qualify for prizes. For this challenge, we’re rewarding strength progress, not just physical transformations.
To be eligible for prizes, you’ll post a video of yourself doing one of your Anchor Lifts at the end of Week 1 in the Nicole Wilkins Fitness Facebook Community, and share why you want to get stronger. Then during Week 6, post a video of the same lift and share your progress.
Yes! The Challenge includes both Vegan and Non-Vegan meal plans, plus food exchange lists for easy substitutions.
This program isn’t designed as a Keto plan. It’s built on balanced nutrition to support strength, fat loss, and energy — which means it includes carbohydrates. If you’re open to following a balanced approach for six weeks, you may be surprised by the results.
Definitely! Women join from all over the world. You’ll have full access to the program and be eligible for all prizes.
Nicole Wilkins and the NW Fitness Training Team will select five winners based on strength progress and stories shared in the Facebook community after the Challenge ends. Each winner will receive $500. Winners will be announced on Friday, November 13.
